As part of the installation of Turn-Key Systems, we offer:

Sizing of Databases to meet users' requirements
Recommending/Installing PC hardware and CD-ROM recording systems for RTXHDB Data File Servers and RTXHDB Gateways
Installing/Configuring connectivity software between Process Computers and RTXHDB Gateway, including configuring initial data collection lists
Setting up Menu System from the RTXHDB gateway to provide ease in viewing, configuring and editing:
- Automatic collection
- HDBC collection status on DCS system
- HDBC collection list modification
- RTXHDB database modification
- RTXHDB database access
- Archive database access
Setting up multiple RTXHDB databases
Setting up propagation from Primary RTXHDB databases to other databases
Setting up initial user access to RTXHDB databases

The following services are optionally provided by RTX:

Recommending/Installing/Configuring PC hardware for file servers, workstations and gateways

Training on Novell NetWare products by qualified Novell Instructors and Enterprise CNEs with experience in the following:

Topologies:	Ethernet, Token Ring, Arcnet
Protocols:	TCP/IP, SNA, IPX/SPX, DECnet, NFS, NetBIOS, FTP, SNMP, SMTP, RCP, RSH, Rexec, Telnet
Network Operating Systems:	NetWare, LAN Server, Windows NT 4.0/ 2000
Client Operating Systems:	DOS, OS/2, Unix, Windows 95/ 98/ Me

Configuring of TCP/IP connectivity, possibly involving setting up PC clients, routers and general access between systems using application layer protocols specified by customer.
Systems integration, programming, interoperability, E-Mail connectivity

CONSULTING & CUSTOM PROGRAMMING

We also offer custom programming services to assist customers in tailoring systems to specific needs in order to provide the best solutions possible. Our programming expertise includes:

FoxPro database applications

With this expertise available, RTX is able to provide programming services, from initial design and consulting, through system level programming to implementation of complete solutions for control or IT systems.
