Re-Empower Program

The Raytheon Technologies Re-Empower Program provides a unique opportunity to support experienced professionals as they relaunch their careers after taking a career break of one year or more. The program provides professional development, training, mentoring and networking with the goal of transitioning into full-time or part-time roles within our organization.

 

We recognize the sharp increase in job losses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and we are committed to getting talent back to the workforce. To that end, our career break requirement has been reduced from two years to one year. Opening the Re-Empower program to more professionals enables Raytheon Technologies to deliver stronger business results and to become a force for good, fueling business performance and greater opportunities for employees, partners, investors and communities.

How our program works

Over the course of the 14-week program, participants will gain paid, on-the-job experience and have an opportunity to network with leadership, develop personalized plans for success and receive coaching to guide their return to work experience. Upon completion of the program, based on performance and contributions participants will be eligible for a career at Raytheon Technologies.
