Ombuds program

The RTX Ombuds Program is a confidential, independent, impartial, and informal resource for employees and stakeholders seeking guidance on workplace issues. The Ombuds are not an RTX reporting channel. Ombuds help individuals navigate workplace challenges, reflect on difficult situations and explore options for resolution.

All communications are confidential unless there is an imminent risk of serious harm to employee(s), or others, or the organization. While maintaining confidentiality, the Ombuds track workplace trends, helping management to identify and address problems early. Through this work, the Ombuds support a respectful and collaborative workplace.
