Jeff Shockey

Global Government Relations

Jeff Shockey leads Global Government Relations for RTX. He is responsible for working with governments at the international, federal and state levels, and for communicating the company’s business interests to policymakers and other organizations.

Shockey, who has held multiple senior staff positions in the U.S. House of Representatives, has more than 30 years of experience in government and government relations. He served as Boeing’s vice president of Federal Affairs and International Policy for Government Operations, and most recently as its vice president, Global Sales and Marketing for Defense, Space & Security and Global Services’ Government Services portfolio. During his time with Boeing, he implemented and oversaw all strategic and tactical interactions with Congress and related federal agencies. His international duties included coordination with embassies and oversight of foreign military sales.

He also has served as staff director of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, staff director and deputy director of the House Appropriations Committee, and legislative director for former U.S. Rep. Jerry Lewis. Additionally, he co-founded the public affairs and government relations consultancy S-3 Group and was a partner at Copeland, Lowery, Jacquez, Denton, Shockey & White.

Shockey holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration from California State University at San Bernardino.
