Chief Digital Officer

Vincent M. Campisi serves as chief digital officer and leads the Enterprise Services division at RTX. He oversees digital technology strategy and global business services to reduce enterprise risk, optimize operating efficiency, and enable business growth.

Campisi has 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense, energy, financial services, and technology sectors. Preceding United Technologies’ merger with Raytheon Company, Campisi served as senior vice president and chief digital officer for UTC. Campisi focused on cybersecurity to protect company assets, information technology to accelerate employee productivity, and software and data analytics practices to enhance the customer experience.

Prior to joining UTC in 2016, he held multiple leadership positions at General Electric, including general manager, chief information officer, and quality leader. His most recent position was chief operating officer at GE Digital, where he focused on creating industrial internet of things software and data analytics that helped customers better operate, optimize, and analyze their operations.

Diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and STEM-related initiatives are important to Campisi. He serves on the board of directors for Girls Who Code and is the co-sponsor for the RTX ADAPT (Able & Disabled Associates Partnering Together) employee resource group.

Campisi earned a bachelor’s degree in information systems and marketing from the State University of New York at Albany.
