For the past 60 years Raytheon, an RTX business, has been a critical provider of the Kingdom’s air and missile defense systems, helping to protect citizens, residents, and critical infrastructure.

RTX sites support programs that include integrated air and missile defense, effectors, and command-and-control systems.

Today, RTX continues to support the Kingdom’s strategic goals for national security and economic growth. With offices in Riyadh and Jeddah and a workforce of nearly 300 employees, we are aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, working alongside local partners to strengthen the Kingdom's defense and aerospace capabilities.

Advancing Local Industry

RTX is growing our manufacturing footprint with key local partners. A prime example is Raytheon’s work with Zahid Industries in Jeddah, which now manufactures the Prime Power Units (PPUs) for the Kingdom’s missile defense systems.

On the commercial side, Collins Aerospace and Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries (SAEI) have entered a 10-year FlightSense agreement covering Saudia Airlines’ entire A320, A330 and Boeing 787 fleet.

RTX is invested in the future of the communities where we operate. RTX employs nearly 300 people in KSA, with Saudi nationals accounting for 60% of the workforce. RTX engages in STEM education initiatives and local partnerships to empower Saudi talent and support the human capability goals of the Kingdom. We are invested in the future of the communities where we operate.
