As a part of our $500M Connect Up commitment, we are proud to support thousands of nonprofits around the world with financial and in-kind support. Our giving model focuses on our strategic priorities, while elevating causes that employees care deeply about. Learn more about how we give and opportunities for your nonprofit to get involved below.
Standard Grants
Our standard grants are larger, invite-only donations and must demonstrate a strong tie to one of RTX’s Priority Outcomes.

Volunteer Grants
RTX is proud to offer employees opportunities to engage with local causes that make a big impact. Employees who volunteer with an organization can submit for a volunteer grant up to $5K USD.

In-Kind Donations
On occasion RTX does offer in-kind donations of goods and services to nonprofits. An RTX employee must fill out a request form.

Matching Gifts
We support all eligible Benevity causes that are important to employees via our matching gift program. RTX and its employees give $20M + via matching gifts annually. Ensure your nonprofit is registered to take advantage.
