Vince Campisi leads Enterprise Services at Raytheon Technologies. He oversees the company’s digital technology strategy and a wide range of shared services across the company to maximize its operating efficiency, accelerate business growth and deliver meaningful outcomes for employees, suppliers and customers.
Campisi brings more than 20 years of executive experience in aerospace and defense, energy, financial services and industrial manufacturing. Most recently, prior to United Technologies Corporation’s merger with Raytheon Company in 2020, Campisi served as senior vice president and chief digital officer for UTC. In that position, he led United Technologies Digital, which focused on cybersecurity to protect company assets, on information technology to enhance employee productivity, and on software and data analytics to enhance the customer experience.
Prior to joining UTC, Campisi was chief operating officer at GE Digital, where he focused on boosting operating margins and increasing customer value and revenue growth through the use of software and data analytics. In addition, he held multiple leadership positions across various parts of GE, including general manager, chief information officer and quality leader.
Campisi is a member of Fast Company’s Impact Council, has been recognized as a “Premier 100” honoree by CIO Magazine and Computerworld, and has been identified as a top 100 CIO/CTO by STEMconnector.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems and marketing from the State University of New York at Albany.
