Raytheon Technologies Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
WALTHAM, Mass., June 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (NYSE: RTX) announced today that its board of directors has declared a dividend of 47.5 cents per outstanding share of RTX common stock. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 10, 2020, to shareowners of record at the close of business on Aug. 14, 2020.
RTX, formerly United Technologies Corporation, has paid cash dividends on its common stock every year since 1936.
