Fredric G. Reynolds

Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, CBS Corporation

Fredric G. Reynolds is a member of the RTX Board of Directors. He brings expertise in finance, risk management, technology and innovation.

Reynolds has been a member of the RTX board (including his service on the predecessor United Technologies Corporation board) since 2016.

He is a former executive vice president and chief financial officer of CBS Corporation following a long career with CBS and its predecessor companies. He was president and chief executive officer of Viacom Television Stations Group, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Viacom, Inc., executive vice president and chief financial officer of CBS Corporation and its forerunner, Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He also held a number of senior positions at PepsiCo, Inc.

Today he serves on the boards of Mondelez International, Inc. (formerly Kraft Foods Inc.), Pinterest and MGM Holdings, Inc.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Miami.
