Ben Hall leads Strategy and Transformation at Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business. He is responsible for business strategies, digital initiatives and transformative efforts that strengthen program execution, enhance operational productivity and enable long term growth. Hall also oversees the India based leadership team and local capabilities.

Prior to his current role, Hall was a senior partner and leader in transformation practice at McKinsey & Company, supporting Fortune 100 companies and international organizations including Pratt & Whitney, where he was the lead partner. In addition to his client work, Hall led McKinsey’s tech‑enabled people analytics, data, and capability building organization. Before McKinsey, he worked in investment banking, supporting global clients on a range of transaction types.

Hall sits on the boards of advisors for both the Museum of Science, Boston, and Boston Ballet. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a bachelor of laws (LLB) from the London School  of Economics.
