Jill M. Albertelli

President, Military Engines

Jill M. Albertelli serves as the president of Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engines business, where she oversees the development, production and sustainment of the company’s military portfolio. This includes oversight of advanced fourth- and fifth-generation fighter engines, such as the F135, as well as auxiliary power units, mobility systems and other military propulsion programs. She is also responsible for leading the B-21 bomber engine development and production efforts, as well as advancing the sixth-generation adaptive engine portfolio designed for future combat aircraft and family of systems.

With over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Albertelli has held a range of leadership roles spanning engineering, manufacturing operations, sales, materials management, maintenance & repair operations, supply chain management, commercial programs, and global quality. Prior to assuming
her current role in late 2021, she led Pratt & Whitney’s global transformation and strategy team.

An advocate for advancing women and girls in STEM, Albertelli is actively engaged in mentorship and advocacy efforts. She serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for Boston University’s College of Engineering and is a member of the Society of Women Engineers, Women in Aviation International and the Order of the Engineer. Additionally, she is a board member emeritus for Junior Achievement of Southwest New England.

Albertelli received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
