Reena Koshy was appointed vice president and chief digital officer of Pratt & Whitney in June 2026. In this role, she leads the company’s digital vision and strategy, integrating advanced technologies to accelerate innovation, unlocking the power of data and AI, enhancing operational performance, and delivering customer value.
With more than two decades leading digital transformation, Reena has built a successful career at RTX. She has held diverse leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility, consistently delivering impactful business outcomes through the strategic use of technology, data, and process innovation.
Most recently she served as vice president and corporate chief information officer, where she spearheaded the modernization of enterprise technology platforms, advanced functional technology roadmaps, and championed end-to-end process digitalization. Under her leadership, digital capabilities became key enablers in achieving operational excellence and enabling large-scale business transformation across RTX.
Reena is a strong advocate for leveraging data, artificial intelligence and business systems to solve complex challenges and deliver lasting value. She has led numerous global technology transformations in areas such as operations, supply chain, programs, global trade, finance, human resources, compliance and portfolio transactions. Her extensive experience working across business units, functions and regions has given her a unique ability to align technology strategies with business objectives, drive enterprisewide transformation and inspire a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
