Leadership Committee

Tizz Weber is the vice president of Communications at Pratt & Whitney, a business of RTX. Weber brings over 35 years of experience to this role, where she leads the strategic direction and execution of all communications across the enterprise to best position Pratt & Whitney with employees, customers and external partners.

Weber has held various leadership roles with increasing responsibility in marketing and communications at United Technologies, Pratt & Whitney, Hamilton Standard and Otis. Most recently, she led Global Brand & Marketing for RTX, where she was responsible for shaping and overseeing the company’s brand identity and positioning to drive business growth.

Weber is the president of Autism Families CONNECTicut, and is on the boards of directors for Special Olympics of Connecticut and the National Aeronautic Association. She holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree in journalism and organizational communications from the University of Hartford.
