RTX Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to Raytheon Company purchases. They are incorporated by reference into Raytheon Company purchase orders and are available at Purchase Terms & Conditions. In addition to the RTX Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the below supplemental Raytheon Company Terms and Conditions of Purchase also apply as applicable to the purchase scenario.
