
Annabel Flores
Vice President, Performance Excellence
Annabel Flores is vice president of Performance Excellence for Raytheon, a business of RTX specializing in integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics and effectors. She is responsible for leading transformation across Raytheon, focusing on program execution excellence, improving operational productivity and continuing the business’s growth trajectory.
She also leads Raytheon’s design and implementation of a common RTX enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, in partnership with the RTX Transformation Management Office, to execute a multiyear, multibillion-dollar transformation investment.
Prior to this role, Flores was deputy president of Land & Air Defense Systems at Raytheon. She led a team that provides the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps and international customers with integrated air and missile defense, counter uncrewed aerial systems (UAS), and precision long-range and combat weapon capabilities.
Previously, Flores was president of Global Spectrum Dominance at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, responsible for advanced surveillance, electronic warfare, targeting and navigation capabilities.
Flores holds an MBA and a master’s in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Leaders for Global Operations program, as well as a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from MIT.
