
Dan Theisen
President, Advanced Products & Solutions
Dan Theisen serves as the president of Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) for Raytheon, a business of RTX. A product-focused, merchant-supplier strategic business unit, APS leverages scale and technology commonality to provide defense capabilities across radar, electronic warfare and electro-optical infrared solutions as well as a portfolio of space, imaging and microelectronics products.
Previously, Theisen served as deputy president of APS, and led the Space, Imaging & Microelectronics business portfolio. Prior to that, he held pivotal roles over four decades at Raytheon, including vice president of the Future Sensor and Signal Solutions programs and the Airborne Electronic Attack program, where he managed the Next Generation Jammer franchise and Raytheon Deutschland, a German RF product entity.
Before joining Raytheon in 1985, Theisen held positions of increasing responsibility at Chrysler Corporation.
He earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
