Jason Lambert is president of the Capacity Growth Office at Raytheon, an RTX business. In this role, he leads a cross-functional team responsible for increasing internal and external capacity to accelerate munitions deliveries in support of customers’ historic demand.

A seasoned aerospace and defense executive, Lambert has proven experience across the full product life cycle, including profit-and-loss leadership, program management, operations, engineering and manufacturing.

Lambert joined RTX in 2026 from L3Harris, where he was president of the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance business after serving as vice president of operations for its Space & Airborne Systems business. Before joining L3Harris, he led the global military and commercial P&L at Sikorsky Aircraft, a Lockheed Martin and previously a United Technologies company. He began his career at Deloitte, providing strategy and operations consulting.

Lambert earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
