Vice President and Chief Digital Officer
Jennifer Flynn is vice president and chief digital officer (CDO) of Raytheon, a business of RTX specializing in integrated air and missile defense, advanced sensors, space-based systems, hypersonics and effectors.
As CDO, Flynn drives the development and execution of the business and digital strategy to accelerate innovation, improve data analytics and deliver customer value. She is a champion for wide-ranging organizational change that achieves measurable business outcomes and long-term growth.
Previously, Flynn served as chief information officer (CIO for Raytheon, where she played a pivotal role in building and advancing the digital thread across the business. Her leadership strengthened digital capabilities across engineering, operations, supply chain, program management and other critical functions, enabling improved performance, integration, and business execution.
Before joining RTX, Flynn held multiple senior digital and technology leadership roles at General Electric (GE), including CIO for GE Aviation Military, vice president of Digital Solutions and vice president of Separation Management during GE’s transformation into three independent companies.
Flynn holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Miami University.
