
Tracey Gray
Vice President, Communications
Tracey Gray is the vice president of Communications at Raytheon, a business of RTX. He is responsible for the strategy, development and execution of integrated communications campaigns for customers, employees and external partners.
Prior to his current role, Gray was the vice president of Global Business Communications for RTX. Before that, he was the vice president of Communications & External Affairs for Intelligence & Space and vice president of Communications for Space & Airborne Systems at Raytheon. Before RTX, Gray held intelligence, strategy and policy roles at the U.S. Department of Defense and Department of the Navy. He also was a member of the advance team for the Office of the Vice President of the United States.
Gray is the chair of the USO Mid-Atlantic Advisory Council. He has a master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bucknell University.
