VHF and satellite data link

ARINCDirect One Plan offers full connectivity for aircraft including VHF and Satcom data link. Capabilities include position reporting and global tracking via FlightAware. Additionally, air traffic controllers and pilots gain the ability to communicate through the exchange of text-based messages with Controller-Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC).  Aircraft equipped with high-speed, data link communications are activated for advanced safety and flight efficiency.

Flight Planning and Calendar Exchange

Our ARINCDirect Flight Planning and Filing system along with the Calendar Exchange scheduling application are included in ARINCDirect One Plan. Flight planning services make it easy to optimize routing, calculate weight and balance and maintain compliance. ARINCDirect iPad features include: eNAVLOG – Plotting Chart expanded for domestic & oceanic operations; mapping layers offering FANS CPDLC, FANS ADS-C, & LINK 2000+ ATN B1; split screen support and new route flight depiction; and a highly requested integration with the Satcom Direct Router (SDR) for real-time position data.

Calendar Exchange gives flight departments the tools they need to manage missions in a calendar view. This solution is available through the Izon® Connected Platform and gives all members of the flight department situational awareness for key assets through a variety of modules such as Timeline Manager and Tasks & Services.

ARINCDirect One Plan includes cabin connectivity services that ensure effective communication for passengers and crew. Cabin Connectivity options include Viasat’s Jet ConneX with the new EVO and JetXP plans or Viasat’s Ka-band regional and global plans for your aircraft. All options deliver speeds that meet and exceed passenger expectations.

The included Operator Portal offers a suite of connectivity management tools designed to manage a seamless passenger experience. Fleet Status allows the operator to visually represent where your aircraft is and how its satcom connectivity is performing, while Fleet Intelligence allows the operator to view historical data usage and monitor cyber threats.

ARINCDirect One Plan offers a graphical weather solution generated through VHF and Satcom data links and displays data to iOS and Android applications. Outputs incorporate real-time weather maps and overlay options that cover precipitation, cloud cover, and other events onto one map. A complete view of ongoing weather complications throughout a flight can help a crew achieve optimal efficiency.
