TCTS II enhances training realism, allowing forces to "train like you fight" while safeguarding critical warfighting Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). It supports scalable training scenarios ranging from individual exercises to large force operations, whether at home stations, deployed locations, or across service, allied, and coalition security boundaries. The system's open Multiple Independent Levels of Security (MILS) architecture and government-held data rights facilitate rapid adaptation to emerging threats and mission requirements, both on range and in deployed environments. With the approval of TCTS II Milestone C in 2021, the program has successfully transitioned into the production phase.
