Q. How do I update my email address?
A. We are not able to change/modify user’s email address due to International Trade compliance. You will need to re-register with your new address by visiting https://customers.collinsaerospace.com/ and clicking Register.

Q. What is Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and why do I need it?
A. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security measure that goes
beyond a password to double- and triple-verify a user’s identity before they can
access data. The purpose of having all Customer Portal users register and
authenticate using Duo MFA is for:
- Governmental compliance
- Sharing information securely
- Avoiding security threats of compromised passwords
- 80% of security breaches involve compromised passwords
Q. How do I set up Duo Multifactor Authentication?

Q. Do I need a smartphone to use Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA)?
A. A smartphone is not required for Duo MFA.
