Jasen Osterberger is the vice president and chief digital officer (CDO) of Collins Aerospace, an RTX business and global leader in aviation and defense markets.

As CDO, Osterberger drives the development and execution of the business and digital strategy to accelerate innovation, harness the power of data analytics and deliver value to the customer. He is a champion for leveraging transformative capabilities as a driver for measurable business outcomes and long-term growth.

Previously, Osterberger led the digital vision, strategy and execution of a multi-year transformation at RTX, centered around adoption of a next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. In this role, he partnered with stakeholders across the company to drive process, data and technology simplification and harmonization. Prior to that role, he spent two decades at Collins Aerospace in various positions of digital leadership.

Osterberger has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
