Naadia Bhatti is vice president and general counsel for Collins Aerospace. In this role, she oversees and provides leadership and guidance on all legal matters, including contracts, litigation, global compliance and ethics, intellectual property, and international trade compliance.
Since joining Collins Aerospace in 2013, Bhatti has held several leadership roles. Most recently, she was vice president and general counsel for Advanced Structures, Entity Management & Legal Operations. Earlier, she served as general counsel for Mechanical Systems & Entity Management, and before that she was general counsel, central functions overseeing legal matters for supply chain, operations, real estate, and environmental health and safety.
Previously, Bhatti was associate general counsel for UTC Aerospace Systems, managing legal advice for integration planning as well as associate general counsel for customer service. She also served as chief of staff to the president of Power, Controls & Sensing Systems. Bhatti started her career at Collins as assistant general counsel supply chain & operations.
Before joining Collins Aerospace, Bhatti was director of legal affairs at HAECO Americas (formerly TIMCO Aviation).
Bhatti earned a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Business Administration from Elon University’s Martha & Spencer Love School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
